The existing walls were painted with a rough sand texture we skim coated and sanded smooth.

Notice in the kitchen/living room a central wall has been removed to open up the main floor. The kitchen is re configured now to include a breakfast bar area. Light from windows on both sides of the home now brighten the interier quite a bit.

Alot of effort was directed at the renovation of this main ceiling. In these situations it is important to hide the repaired ceiling patches. This is accomplished by applying joint compound accross the entire surface in layers, by hand.

Just recently I finished work on a four level remodel to this post WW2 home on a quiet street in St Paul. Dave Rice Companies, of Roseville, bought the home out of foreclosure and is giving it a much needed makeover. Two of the four levels have been gutted to the studs making room for much needed upgrades and improvements.
