Hudson basement finish
Right before sheetrock: You can see the framework for the custom table and tv insets.

When it came time for local craftsman Paul Damon to finish his basement, careful planning went into layout and design to achieve maximum functionality.
Drywall installation and finish took about 2 weeks to complete. Ceilings finished in knockdown texture, walls smooth.
Here you can see the completed granite table and custom entertainment cabinetry.
The cased columns to the right enclose the component wiring for the two wall mounted tvs and inset speakers.
The bar is complete with ice maker, dishwasher, and under mounted sink.
The half bath is finished with a glass tile accent wall, an oversize custom built mirror and granite topped cabinets.
To the right you can see the built in "Scooby Doo" cabinet door - posing as a wine rack, it leads to a small electrical component room under the stairwell.
With a few decorating touches the basement is ready to entertain guests.
